*On 16-08-20 we conducted 8th Online CEC Meeting*
*The House observed one minute silence as homage to the former CP AISMA and former Hon'ble PM AB Vajpayee on his second Death Anniversary and also in the memory of our cadre members who died due to COVID during this period*
*The Meeting was presided over by CP. The GSs or Zonal Representatives placed respective detailed report except NER, NFR and SECR*
*SG and CSF gave their reports in detail*
*DECISIONS AND RESOLUTIONS*👇
*(1) Indent and advance for AISMA Dairy- 2021 is to be submitted and amount remitted to the Publication Account and inform S Kalya aram at the earliest*
*CEC urges Railway Administration to fill up all the vacancies through Direct Quota or GDCE/LDCE at the earliest since vacancy position has increased alarmingly*
*The Zones and Divisions which have no Bank Account, should open it immediately and intimate the details to CSF before 30th August 2020*
*The long pending dues of Diary-2019 and AISMA SAMACHAR from Zones and Divisions are to be remitted before 30 August and give the intimation to Com S Kalayanraman*
*Regarding Privatisation, Insurance Coverage to SMs, Traffic Staff and Risk Allowance, the House raised a serious concern and a detailed memorandum is to be submitted to PM and MR, thro all MPs (Lokasabha and Rajyasabha) from 01-09-20 to 30-09-20*
*This Memorandum will be prepared by CEC*
*Poster/ Placards Campaign (printed or hand written) throughout nation against Privatisation and other pending Demands like Abolition of EI Roster, Filling up Vacancy, Provision of Risk Allowance, Insurance Coverage and other local demands like Stipend, Dress Allowance, Unwanted Pressure from Administration for Station Cleanliness with Meagre Imprest etc*
*To release a pamphlet in bilinguial regarding the above issues to create an awareness program throughout the nation from 01-09-20 to 30-09-20*
*To revitalise the CEC 48 WhatsApp Group and priority will be to COBs, CAC Members, GSs, ZPs, ZSFs DPs, DSs and DSFs*
*To conduct a special online training of Accounting and Auditing for GSs, ZSFs, DSs and DSFs on 30th August 2020 at 10.30 Hours by CSF Com Shamananda Sagar, CIA ComManoj Nair and Com S Kalyanaraman*
