8वें वेतन आयोग को जेसीएम का बड़ा ज्ञापन: न्यूनतम वेतन ₹69,000, 6% वार्षिक वृद्धि और Pay Matrix में बड़े बदलाव का प्रस्ताव

केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों के प्रतिनिधि निकाय, राष्ट्रीय परिषद (JCM) के स्टाफ साइड ने 8वें केंद्रीय वेतन आयोग को एक विस्तृत ज्ञापन प्रस्तुत किया है, जिसमें वेतन, भत्तों, पेंशन और सेवा शर्तों से संबंधित व्यापक मांगें रखी गई हैं। यह ज्ञापन केंद्रीय सरकारी कर्मचारियों एवं वर्तमान पेंशनभोगियों के सामान्य सेवा मामलों को ध्यान में रखते हुए तैयार किया गया है।

The Eighth Central Pay Commission shall schedule interactions at Delhi on 28th 29th and 30th April, 2026 (Tuesday-Thursday). Interested Unions/Associations desirous of interacting with the Commission at Delhi may kindly submit memorandum at Commission's website (8cpc.gov.in) and thereafter, submit their request seeking an appointment at abhay.sahay@nic.in on or before 20th April, 2026, alongwith 'unique memo Id' generated after submitting memorandum. Venue details and meeting schedule shall be intimated subsequently.

With a view to streamline the existing system of movement of Military specials (with coaching stock) and to ensure trouble-free movement, the following has been decided:

1. Intimation: MilRail informs to CPTM/CFTM of the concerned Zonal Railway. Concerned CPTM/CFTM should inform CRSE/Chg, CRSE/Freight & CESE timely to ensure proper condition of the rakes.

🔹 डाटा लॉगर क्या है?

भारतीय रेल एक विशाल नेटवर्क है, जिसमें लाखों यात्रियों और हज़ारों ट्रेनों का रोज़ाना संचालन होता है। ऐसे में हर एक सिगनल, प्वाइंट, ट्रैक, और ऑपरेशन की निगरानी करना न केवल आवश्यक है बल्कि यह सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से अनिवार्य भी है।

डाटा लॉगर एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक कंप्यूटर आधारित उपकरण है, जिसे भारतीय रेलवे में ट्रैफिक और सिगनलिंग गतिविधियों की निगरानी के लिए प्रयोग किया जाता है। इसे अक्सर रेलवे का "ब्लैक बॉक्स" कहा जाता है क्योंकि यह ट्रेन संचालन और सिगनल से जुड़ी हर गतिविधि का सटीक रिकॉर्ड रखता है।

Sub: Modification in Tatkal scheme.

With a view to ensure that the benefits of the Tatkal scheme are reaped by the common end user, it has been decided that:-

i. With effect from 01-07-2025, tickets under Tatkal Scheme can be booked through the website of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC)/its app only by Aadhaar authenticated users. Subsequently, Aadhaar based OTP authentication shall also be made compulsory for the tatkal booking from 15-07-2025.
